How long does the delivery takes? Is tracking provided?

Yes, tracking is provided by our Courier Partners. Upon receiving your orders, we will test, QC and arrange for pick-up within 2 working days. In normal circumstances, it should be delivered to you within 3 working days; however there are times whereby the courier team are packed with deliveries especially during peak seasons (11.11, CNY, Christmas, 6.6 etc). Under such circumstances, we would like to seek your understanding to be patience with the courier partners.

Can we arrange for self pick up or same day delivery?

Yes, both can be arranged. Kindly select either option for respective charges.

System showed that it’s delivered, but I have not receive my Winder.

I’ve received my purchase, but the machine came damage or not working.

All our orders went through quality checks before sending out to customers. If your order arrives damage, please WhatsApp us at +65-90049872 with the photos and videos, we will liaise with the courier partners to proceed for claims.

I am staying out of Singapore / Malaysia, can I still make a purchase?

Yes, we do send to Worldwide. For more information about freight cost, please WhatsApp us at +65-90049872 with the address and product(s) that you are looking at, we will source for both express and standard delivery quotes for you to choose from.

I am unhappy with my purchase, and would like to request for a return and refund.

Unfortunately, we only allow exchange if the goods arrived damage.

I have just make a purchase, however, I have decided that I do not need it anymore, can I request for a refund?

Yes, refund is allowed for goods purchase within 24 hours, provided we have not mail it out. In the event that goods have been mailed out, no refund would be allowed.

I have just made the purchase, but I realised that I needed a bigger model instead, can I return, top-up the difference for a different model?

Yes, we do have the option to top up and change to a different model within 48 hours of purchase. If you have not received the shipping notification email, changes can we be made on the spot with our team processing it from our backend system. In the event that you have already received the Shipment Notification Email, and its still within 48 hours of your purchase, (1) if your package have not been pickup, we can still process it immediately (2) if your package have been picked up, we will have to wait for the goods to be delivered, arrange for pickup, check the goods, before we can advise you further.
