- Customers whom have made the purchase between June 2023 to June 2024, you would have received an email / WhatsApp from The Winder Co stating the extension of warranty period base on your date of purchase.
- Repair cost after the extended warranty period would apply base on The Winder Co stated rate.
- In the event that the parts required are not available, please allow 2 weeks grace period for us to order the part and get it repair.
- For overseas customers, please feel free to make your purchase of motors via our webstore, a video of how to change the motor would be send to you after we have mail the parcel out.
